The period between 1936 and 1944 is a blank spot in Hungarian film history. My main research area is this period, focusing specifically on studying the variations and changes in genre schemes within it. Another main theme of mine is Hollywood films from the sixties and seventies, primarily examining the influence of socio-political processes and European modern art cinema.
