My main research interests are post-war Hungarian prose and lyrics, beyond and related to these, the relationship between media theory and literary studies, especially the impact of visual, optotechnical media on literary works. In recent years, my research has focused in particular on trauma theory and issues of interculturality, language change and multilingualism.
