Methodology of Teaching History
In the discipline of methods of teaching, I'm interested in evaluation, history of pedagogy and talent-management. In my opinion, it's important to utilize the new results in teaching at university and secondary school, too.
italian renaissance
I focus on different strategies of baronial families, mainly the Orsini in the 14-16th century. The flourishing of the family, living in the territory of the Papal States / the State of the Church, claiming to be descendants of Caius Ursus Flavius, is a success story spanning centuries. In my research I did not intend to write a family history, but to examine, using diplomas, narrative and visual sources how, with what techniques they managed to build their power in the city of Rome and in the Papal States.
