My researches are focused on the history of the Catholic Church in Hungary during the 20th century. In the first place I’m interested in the history of two religious orders with teaching mission, Cistercians and Benedictines after 1945; the Mindszenty-, the Grősz- and the “Black Ravens” trials; and the relationship between the communist single-party state and the Catholic Church.
