Prehistory of the Carpathian Basin

My archaeological research is related to the Neolithic and Copper Age of the Carpathian Basin. My excavation programs were aimed at settlement research associated with this period. According to radiocarbon tests, this period dates back to the 6th and 4th millennia B.C. The  finds of large-scale excavations require multidisciplinary applications following extensive investigations. In my research, I pay special attention to the demographic changes of the contemporary prehistoric population, as well as the inner dynamics, integration and dispersion of the  related settlement systems. In addition to the subsistence strategies of these early periods of prehistory, an important aspect and orientation is the examination of the dimension of former cognitive characteristics.
